Driving to your site, setting up the inflatable(s) in the designated area, and going over the safety rules and instructions with you are all included in delivery. We include a 50-foot extension cord and a tarp to place the device on. We also use stakes if we’re on grass, and sandbags if we’re on concrete or blacktop. You must be present when the inflatable is delivered and picked up.
Customer pickups are not permitted. Most of our customers are unfamiliar with inflatable setup and safety because our equipment is heavy. Our responsibility is to make sure your bounce house or inflatable is put up correctly and that you understand the safety guidelines and instructions for using the inflatable you’ve rented. We do not accept customer pickups of any of our inflatables to ensure their cleanliness and condition.
Our rentals are available for up to eight hours. Within an 8-hour period, you may choose any time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Yes. The air in the jump unit is kept constant by a blower. They deflate once disconnected. That’s why we require a generator or an outlet within 50 feet of the unit. We provide our own heavy duty cords because longer lines can trip your circuit breaker.

Clean, sterilized inflatables are provided by City of Fun, LLC. In fact, you’ll note that our personnel in the field spot cleans the inflatable during setup, and then vacuums it out and cleans/sanitizes it on site for pickup. We plan the inflatable to come out during the week to be properly dried and cleaned if it is wet.
During the week, we conduct spot checks at the store to ensure that our requirements are being met. It is our highest priority to supply you with clean, safe units in excellent condition, as well as excellent customer service. Yes, a $50 credit card deposit is required for all orders. A 25% deposit is required for orders of $250 or more. If you must cancel, please do so as soon as possible and at least 14 days before to your scheduled event. Your deposit will not be refunded, however it may be applied to another date. If you cancel less than 14 days before your event for any reason other than rain (50 percent), you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to use it on another date.
