Plan a location away from your house and obstructions in a flat area (about 20′ X 20′ for bouncers that are 15′ X 15′). Grassy regions are the best. At all times, there must be a minimum of 4 feet of clearance on all sides. Note: If you want to set up on concrete, please let us know ahead of time.
Please make any underground sprinkler lines near the setup area known to the delivery driver. Sprinkler line damage is not the responsibility of City of Fun.
Remove all sharp objects, toys, twigs, and rocks from the area, as well as ALL dog piles; inflatables will not be set up in filthy conditions.
Inflatables require a 75-foot electricity supply; generators are available for an additional price.
Make sure all sprinklers, including those in the ground, are turned off. Please do not water your grass for at least 24 hours before the scheduled installation.
Electric lines and cables should be kept away from the inflatable at all times.
All minors must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Keep all party candies and toys away from the inflatable, such as silly string and other toys. The inflatable will be permanently damaged by Silly String.
Outside the inflatable, provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink.
Plan a safe distance away from the inflatable for food, drink, and snacks.
Ensure that there is sufficient overhead clearance from trees, cables, or other obstacles. (for height requirements, check product description)
